Information We Collect
- Phone number — provided during registration for identity verification.
- Call metadata — caller ID, call duration, and timestamps for IVR routing.
- Voicemail recordings — stored on behalf of the account holder.
- Account credentials — email and hashed password for authentication.
How We Use Your Information
- Verify phone number ownership via one-time SMS codes.
- Route inbound calls to the correct IVR call flow.
- Store and deliver voicemail messages to account holders.
- Provide AI-assisted call answering services.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate:
- Twilio — telephony, SMS delivery, and VoIP.
- ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis for call answering.
Data Retention
- SMS verification codes are automatically deleted after expiration (10 minutes).
- Call logs and voicemails are retained for the duration of the account.
- Account data is deleted upon account termination upon request.
Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed. Database access is restricted
to authorized services only.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via
the email on file.
